Prism L-9 is a facing park 150 feet road plot worth minimum 85 without any development charges.People dream for a plot like that. Hold it. Go back to Australia.

the net present value of your plot including development charges is ~100lac. Considering installments, without development charges the Net present is ~ 84 lac. But if you need money, then best is to sell upto 80, otherwise selling price is 84
