Thank you for running this forum. I have been an avid reader for years and it has helped me greatly.

Can you please guide me on two things:
1) My 1 Kanal Plot location is 147-B. Is it a good location and how much can I expect of it now?
2) DHA - Multan. Once Intimation letter is issued, is the transaction 100% secure? If there is a case in land purchasing on which I have been given the intimation letter, can it get cancelled?
