I had Look of CMY marked map, In fact he tried to help the people who have been individually asking that their plot is on good or bad location because there is flood of request to comment about location. There had been lot of resentment of the holders of plots and it looks that instead of getting unbiased professional opinion people want to listen that these are all good locations with this and this reason.
This is called denial and soon they will realize the cost of it.
