Are you serious to sell this plot? I could make you a genuine offer of plus 55 without development charges if the area is at least 1 kanal.
Can someone comment whether DHA allows relaxed set backs in such cases. |

A plot with a frontage of over 130 feet and depth of 100/80 feet should be an architects dream to make an innovative design. I also seem to be attracted once the development work completes in this Sector. The access from this plot to 150 feet road also attracts.
