Only few one or max two roads are allowed for use to villages residents.

Rest of the roads are completely restricted and blocked and DHA also install a boundary around all the villages.

If buying a plot near Pungali please make sure you are facing away from village. Your main gate should not be iin front of village

DHA can not block govt roads/ passages by any mean, I remember there was a ruling of Lahore High Court about opening passages for villages laying in DHA.

Accrding to to SC rulling only one road access is allowed and even than villages and effected housing schemes resident have to follow hosing schemes rules of developer on main scheme that is providing entry and exit point.

Proof?
DHA just blocked complete access other than one entry exit to this village with a boundary wall in Ivy Green DHA8.

Jmn Sorry I kept missing this post. Just saw it. N1110 is a good plot. You can buy it. Pungali dont effect it at all.

Jm If it was 100 it was a good plot but N1110 is still acceptable to make a house.
