if a plot front side is opening at beautiful part of good society but backside touching boundary or u can say a boundary plot with some village at backside ( not exactly village area but occupied by same type people and look more of its extension and separated block ) of it but between village home and back side of your home in society is a 25 ft road is that plot equally bad as facing village ????? please explain any person into property thing .

It is bit of security risk in your case.
In IEP I was about to Purchase a plot Close to Village Not boundary bu 2 lines away, It was Facing towards village side. There were some very good Houses in Village, a house of the Boundary was 3 story over looking us as there are no by laws in Village but we have to stick to 2 stories.
If you think it is small issue but affects resale. |

ok yes no rules in villages and yes u might did well not to purchase it , but now one can make three story house in societies too . what kind of risk and how much it affects resale , jameel sahib and any soul here online ?? |

jameel sb calculate risk and resale affects considering backside on boundary and a road between village home ( plain simple people living without any bad issues) and society plot. i understood facing boundary really gross as your moments in and out etc can be seen , privacy disturbed ,but what are issues in case i mentioned specific to it . |

a good boundary wall of society with wires protection and a good security protection on your future wall of home can undone the security risk totally ? or still it affects somehow ?? |

A buyer will choose a boundary plot if and only if he is not getting better plot in same society . This is happening in EME these days and even boundary plots are expensive as availability of better location plot is almost nill or too expensive. For living one can forget these things and have a home but it cannot be liquidated easily so people avoid investing in such property. |
