May be this pic will help.

The blue line is for Harpalke road.
The green box is for park.
The red box shows area where two rows of 5 marla plots and 2 40 feet streets are shown in official map.

Please compare this pic with official map and you will get your Answers.

Also compare red box area with green box. How come this small green box be stretched to cover 2 rows and park itself while red box which is bigger and 2 rows plus 2 streets only.

Hope for the best, But as CMY said they can level that land as well, As you have paid the on site visit it may be more accurate, I think it not difficult to walk 300 meters and see the Road and small pit again. and Give us your Comments about pit no, one also, i wish you Plot is not affected but there are many others.
This also depends where they start most proximal strip in my view it should be at least 200 feet away

Jameel bhai disregard my last post where you had two boxes left to right.

Now I got chance to see the map red box in this picture does have two rows of plots but those tow rows plot in red box are 100% level plots. THEY ARE NT DEEP AT ALL.

But on top of red box and on left of this red box you have 118 kanal area apartment building site here that is deep and it going to be even deeper with 3 floor basements. These 118 kanal area apartment buildings are going to be launched soon by DHA marketing team on installments. DHA purposely put apartment buildings here as they need two to three floor deep basement for parking spaces for these aparetment buildings.

Just a little more left to 118 kanal apratment buildings you have 50 kanal park that 90% area is level and not deep and also green box in this picture is marked as only a small 14 kanal park. I think 2 or three level basement Matti of 118 kanal apartment is more than enough to file only 14 kanal park. On top of green box that is 14 kanal park you also have part of 118 kanal apartment that is going to be deep any way to make solid base for tall buildings.


Before possession all most every plot in R block is going to leveled. Apartment buildings basements will be deep enough to get enough Matti for couple of other sites in Prism that are deep.

Intire DHA 5 L block was filled with Mattifrom basements dug for mall infront of Wateen Chaok. Matti is very expensive to fill so DHA have learned how to deal with it.

I wish some one wake up State Life 2 to take same route and make few huge apartment buildings so from their basements around filling can be done to development all of State life 2. DHA will take over SL2 and use same trick there near Z3 commercials. I am 99% sure that is going to happen. But I am saying this based on pure personal calculations and guess no inside info it is going to happen that way.

If you notice area with boundary wall and building above red box in Prism R block in above attached picture. This is DHA site office for Prism will host DHA town and apartment site office and will be used for onsite visits for showing people model apartments and site progress in addition to teams having offices thereto keep quality control test during Prism development.


Jameel bhai I am also guessing it you are thinking to make some investment in R block. If my guess is right. You can safely do it. It should pay good Insha Allah. I was also looking tht youe are thinking about Ivy Green.That one party will show lot of progress of development work at start in Ivy Green until all their extension files are issued and sold in market and then it wont be paying any attention and DHA will also be looking towards Prism and not Ivy Green. Both will be handed over at almost at same time. Cant say anymore because my LRE team have to face/work with same guys every day. That party want to sell their extension and not deliver Ivy Green. If Ivy Green is not delivered on time it dont hurt their reputation because DHA name is there not theirs. That party is also buying DHA9 ext land and want need more funds (that are now stuck in Ivy Green ext land) asap before other land investors grab enough hold in many tims larger area of DHA 9. Once some one else makes an entry you are out. You are a smart enough guy understand what point I am making.
