This forum was very useful and informative till the balloting date of phase 9. Since then, people are wasting their own time and others as well, by asking only two questions; 1. tell me the location of my plot, 2. evaluate my plot.
DHA Phase 9 map is already available on DHA site and on LRE site too, there is no need to ask others to locate your plot for you. If you had bought a file, you should know how to find a plot in a map after balloting. There is no rocket science involved in it.
Secondly, asking LRE or others to evaluate your plot at this point of time is absolutely useless. As far as I feel it only creating panic among small investors who have 1 five marla or a 10 marla plot. They are getting frustrated, and some, if not all, will sell their plots on the advice (sometimes wrong) given here in this forum.
Thirdly, people are keep discussing and comparing phase 7 and 9 and giving arguments in favor of 7 or 9 as per their views. But my simple equation is, phase 7 is not bad at all, at the same time, phase 9 is equally good. The thing is:
1. Investment point of view: Phase 7 is best for short term (2-3 years) whereas, phase 9 is good for long term (7-8 years).
2. House construction point of view: Phase 7 is best choice for those who want to make their dream homes within 2-3 years, whereas phase 9 will be a best choice to construct house after 10 years.
That's it. So please discuss something important in DHA or other schemes here. Otherwise this forum is becoming useless.

FULLY AGREE WITH ALEEMUDDIN. Don't see any better questions other than those 2 dumb questions mentioned by Aleemuddin. This should be stopped forthwith
or else;
Suggest LRE should come up with a seperate forum only for Phase-9, and this forum for all other properties in Lahore and around. |

i myself got four plot in J block 2 of 5 marla and 2 of 10 marla, but i am satisfied that whatever happened is for the reason and you cant do anything about those things which are not in your hands, i am satisfied because i have invested my halaal kamae and i trust Allah that it will never ever get wasted, if one door is closed there are 10 others open for you and they say every problem is an opportunity in disguise if you cant find a way, make a way. Though my one plot is on the bad location I am not panicking I will try my best to sell it when the time is good. Rest Allah's know. |
