J & R Blocks,

Just wanted to share my observation here, hoping you would not mind. Clearly,at least in this forum, Block R has been favorite block in 5 marla, against J block.
Then, why on z...com more R block plots (not on bad/worst locations) are on sale not of J`s? Yesterday, i checked it the ratio was 4/10.

There will flood of Plots for sale in market within in 3 months, Not becuase DHA 9 is bad but it is huge in volumue and not promising in short term.

Ahsan. Price of file in phase 9 extension is worth 45 lacks . How come you can get even a worst location plot less than that.

@Block B: How many extension files are being traded? As per CMY there are only few hundred extension files in the market so their supply is very limited. Situation of prism plots however is different.

@Ahsan Ali: At 80-85 lac near possession plots available in phase 7. 55 lac for prism plots with 7-8 yrs wait is totally justified.

The guy must be dumb enough to buy an expensive extension file while ignoring a plot in less than that in same phase.Things are interlinked don't try looking things in absolute.Similar logic is being given for phase 7. That is if ready plot is available in phase 7 then why one should buy non developed plot in phase 9 in more price. If it is true for phase 7 then why it does not apply for phase 9 extension files.
