Its should be less at least 50 lacs as its possession in 2025 so no séance of 400 lacs and 240 lacs invest for 10 years

The prices are close to phase 8 commercial boulevard. Difficult to digest such high prices at this stage, when these would be available for use at least in 7 to 8 years.
