Expert brothers
I need a sincere advice from you. I have a 1K plot in Ex Air Avenue in L block close to park. Currently I assume its price is less than a undeveloped good plot in proper Phase-8.
My family jointly owns a 1 k plot in X block close to Chacho Wali village facing 10 marla plots. Initial ballot location was behind 100 foot road but after 3 months DHA revised the map and changed the location. Couple of months back I visited the plot location and on ground it looks fabulous. Village is small and on the side and possibly will be cleared or will have boundary wall.
We at this stage have no intention of constructing these plots.
Kindly guide me what should I do; keep holding them or dispose both or one of them and reinvest but where? I can hold for 2-5 years.
DO you think prices of these plots will rise significantly in one year's time when Phase-8 gets possession.
I personally love phase-8 and feel no other phase can beat it.
Your take on it please.
