I had the same question, but I would also like to take your opinion on Rahbar Phase 1. It seems closer to Valencia Main Boulevard. And the access to LRR interchange is also reasonable close.
Moreover, google maps shows that some houses are already constructed there. Although I am not sure of development standards, It would be great if you can shed some light. Thanks, |
