Why DHA multan's file prices are comming down day by day. Is there any reason? Please respond informed people.

I think, since DHA Multan is first time and acquiring land on regular pace so there is no problem of supply but demand is comparatively less due to investor hesitating to visit Multan but expecting better price once DHA 9 plots actually will be selling and then people will divert their investment from DHA 9 to DHA Multan for better gain hope so. |
