Dear CMY sb, as per your advise dha prism will give good return after 5 years. I have two 5M plots, one in J block (average plot) & other in K (good plot). I can hold them only for couple of years due to some other financial commitments. Would you please advise where phase 9 would be standing after 2 years.As I am not a big investor & it was my only one off investment, that is why I will not hassle myself to sell these plots & buy another one some where else to make more money. In my circumstance should I sell these plots now or do you think I will be better off if I sell them after 2 years.

Thanks Ahsan bhai. Unfortunately reinvesting is not an option for me, as traveling to Pakistan couple of time in two years is very hard. If prices are about the same after 2 years, I would not mind,as long as prices do not drop drastically. From your expertise give me some rough idea whether market will be down, same or higher in two years time for phase 9. |

@ Khurram, the trend of increase in plots price is slow these days in all societies (as compared to last 2-3 years trend when prices prices were increasing in steap). When you reinvest, please make sure how has been the trend of that society and what possible can happen in next few years. If your analysis show that reinvestment can give more gain in short term as compared to current phase-9 plot (in 5 years) then go ahead. |
