Dear LRE,
I am interested in investing in DHA phase 9 prism (1 kanal) file for a long term having budget of 50 Lac.

please advise about the right time to buy the file in DHA 9 prism

You may find a bad location plot in that price...

I am new to this forum. could you please share how the price of DHA phase 9 is determined:
1. development charges
2. transfer fee
3. agency fee
4. Tax (I am abroad and have remittance)

The transfer charges of file, including taxes and membership fee is around 16000. Since now these files are plots so probably DHA will charge development charges in addition to that if not paid already.

Actually i also willing to buy a file of one kanal...but what is good option....either shud buy a bad located plot or extention file.....suggestion????

sir worst of worst plot will cost u 53 lacs , but how will u pay dev charges or transfer fee stamp taxes ??? one need 70 minimum to buy kanal plot in prism beauty = prism . lrr , ferozpur , dha town , phase 5 m so u even cant buy in orphan block ivy phase 8 or bad located phase 7 univ town

if phase 9 extension file is 40 plus , prism 9 file will be 55 plus minimum in bad phase of future , plots will be no less than 75 , 50 , and 30 will be for worst located 5 marla . about 6 to 8 weeks time .

Bad location plots will be hard to sell if it is too bad . good thing is that it will be cheaper. Extension file is risky as you can still get a bad location after ballot more over there is no time limit. Decision should be simple why people are so confused
