I have offer for Rs. 30 lacs for J-1637.
Pls advise should i sale or hold.
My holding power is max 6 months.

I would suggest you to hold the plot, it is a good location in a good block. I am sure J Block will emerge as a sought after block for 5 Marla plots, LRR is a very big plus.

i got 32 excluding dc from a dealer for average hold able plot k block 5 marla discarded as cmy said at least keep some dozen of months . i do not know y u cant wait while no other investment can give more fruit withour risk

@ Shamni and Asad, If these plots are not on extraordinary location and someone is offering you this price then better to sell, As there are many plots in Market Below 25 Lac , with 2,3 days work up you can buy similar location in 25,26 and save handsome money. Better to Make Token before selling so that you may not lose chance to re-buy. Margin of profit is much more than transfer fees.

@jameel sb if i sale this one chances are little that i will able to find another like that cheaply as u said although market is abnormal right now but i know those ready to buy looking for handsome returns in future, better to wait few months . because my calculation watching prism rise near to handsome gain in average and good located plots in short while . we see development charges will make it 37 or 38 but still many think they are getting nice located plot in dha in that lil amount at same time .
