sorry For for resolution of map the area Marked Brown is graveyard, This GTS map looks very compatible with Current DHa map and its relations with other parts of L Block are very Clear Now,
Though 1283 is not very close to graveyard but still it a compromised location and shape as well, if it is really bit bigger than 5 merla then that will be compensation but till possession is available extra land cant be confirmed.
