@saba your J- 2973 5 Marla worth is around 32 to 34 lac and 1169-K 10 marla is an average plot current market value is around 50 lac.

I will advise all the Prism plot holder even J & R block dont sale ur plot in urgency in low price bcaz you have invested ur hard earned money. even a 5 marla wrost location plot is not less than 30 lac without development charges. My dear its a DHA not a LDA owned housing scheme.

@Sahar sorry to say your plot J 3097 located on boundary line, but dont be worry and you have to be happy that have plot in DHA Prism 9 Best ever phase of DHA and I will advise never sale plot less then 27 lac.

After 2 year no 5 marla worst location plot will be less than 35 lac.

sumj say balatar hai that people are selling plots in very less price range like 20-24 Lak range. anyway Good luck.
