evaluation of my plot / sale,

AOA, I VE A PLOT IN PHASE 9, SEC E, PLOT NO 783. ABOUT 12 PLOTS AWAY FROM OVAL COMPLEX. IF I MAY BE EDUCATED ABOUT ITS LOCATION VALUE / MARKET WORTH FOR ITS HOLDING OR DISPOSAL, PLEASE. I AM TOTALLY IGNORANT/NON EXPERIENCE ABOUT PROPERTY MATTERS, AS IT IS THE FIRST PLOT I BOUGHT IN MY LIFE.
SECONDLY, I SEE DEBATES AND COMMENTS HERE ABOUT EVERY BLOCK OF PHASE 9 BUT NOT EVEN A SINGLE POST ABOUT BLOCK E, NO ONE ELSE GOT A PLOT HERE ELSE THAN ME :)?

Ehsan Bhai, to be honest Its nearto 150 road and near to oval complex which means access to main road and commercial area is very easy, keep is hold very valuable location, current market value around 70 lac.

Thanks brother, being near to commercial zone and main rds always holds good with regards to its price value. But listening this from an expert puts me at ease. In ur wise opinion, its really worth to hold this square of land fr a time of 3-5 yrs? U really think its going to pay back reasonably for this time investment?

@Non-expert Its a corner plot facing oval commercial area, in my view its ideal to hold, might be some people rate is not good location but i dont think so, never the less 80 lac.

@L-Block Although your plot L-611 is near graveyard on 80 Ft Road and 4 plot away from graveyard boundary in my view it should have to be 65 lac. after all its Kanal plot and in DHA Prism 9 no kanal plot less than 65 lac.

@A.A your plot E 868 its next to corner and oval commercial area, good location need to keep is hold, in my view current market value is around 68 to 70 lac.

Expert 9....loogon ko jhoota kush na karoo....excellent location corner plots are available at 60 and non corner at 55...go to Chauhan Estate...I have just come from there.

just one comment E719 is on the boundary and u said its near 150'road, is it?

yes .. its boundary but ive heard from many sources that , that part of dev kalan will b taken up by dha. if this happens it will turn out to b even better. and if not its still has access to the 150' road and oval complex, still better than the other boundaries as its located in the almost middle of prism map. this is the information i got from my dealer through which I purchased the file.
