I've two 5 marla plots in Pris, one in R block( good location) & the other J block (facing mosque).
LRE team & other property expert, pls advise:-
Which one of the following will give me good gain in 2-3 yrs time:-
1. Holding the above plots
2. Switching to Phase 7-10 marla (U or T blocks)
3. Switching to DHA 9 town-5 marla plot

why facing musjid is bad isn't its easy to go for jamat, as well as salah (azan) clearly hear, and more barkat(in rozi) at home b/c easy to go for fajar prayer. |

@sara, There is too much in front of your house in 5 times a day and disturb your privacy too. When you come in or out from your house, everyone looking at you. There is noise in front of your house specially hawker are selling qulfi and fruit in juma prayer. Will you be comfortable? |

I will go with DHA Town as its possession is in queue and definitly raise will come about 15-20% by the end of that year and more than that in next year. |
