South facing i.e. South open is best. It provides better sun in winter and is not too bad in summer because sun takes a path directly above as opposed to being low in the horizon as in winter time.
North facing houses get no sun or light in winter and are gloomy and damp. |

South facing are good in winter but summer starts very quickly in these homes. North facing get less sun in winter but summer comes a litte late in these homes as sun is behind the house till it reaches its max hight in June. |
