Aslamualikum i think this is my 3rd Post but no reply yet from any of lahorerealestate ..I have budget of 60Lacs maximum ..i need honest advice to invest my hard earn overseas money..I already have 2 plots in phase 7 for last 4 years ..1 kanal plot has appreciate a lot but my 1 10 marla plot is same price as i bought 2 years ago..ther eis no gain in it ..i m debating now to buy again 10marla in phase7 plot or buy 1 kanal phase9 corner plot around 60 lacs..development charges are due in 3 years which i can pay easily..it is for long term investment .plz do advice CMY sahab or any lahore real estate members n if u can give m value of my current plots as well.JAZAKALLAH

i would suggest you to dispose off 10 marla and buy a kanal plot in phase 8 with both amount, u will get a better return in coming years.

if u can wait for 5-6 years than yes phase 9, but let DHA TELL THE DEVELOPMENT CHARGES ETC |

Prism good location plot will be better. If not making a house why go for 10m instead of DHA9 1 kanal.
