AoA,

I would like to know if some member on this forum has personally visited DHA Rahbar Phase 1?
It is situated right on top of Hudiara Drain.
Is there any smell issue ? How high is the boundary wall ? I cant see any green belt inside boundary wall on google maps. But it might be the case that maps are not updated, did you see any green belt there?

I appreciate your responses and input.

Smell is huge issue in all that area even super developed scheme like Sukh chyan Gardens have major problem of smell.

some times smell can open your nose and mind , there are always advantages and disadvantages . do not forget halloki dha etc even dha phase 5 have nalla near too , and to be true when u are blessed with rivers , lake , so nalla too , everyone eat and p..p .

@CMY, Jameel Sahb or any other Member,

Which blocks one needs to avoid while buying 10 Marla in Fazaia, so that there is no risk of LRR take over ? Does Fazaia has already reserved land for LRR ? Is Block B safe ?

@jmn ,i agree 100% with you ,dha should always make sure that their property should be near or next to bunch of villages ,a ganda full size nalla and indian border ..unbelievable that they makes such huge mistake ,even you dont treat ur stepchild like that

At fazaia they have already left the space for ring road. I think block A would be effected by ring road. The 10 marla plots are in Block B, G and J. Rest of blocks have 1 kanal plots. Possession is available in all blocks. There are around 80 houses constructed there and zaamin are selling villas also. I myself bought a 10 marla plot in block G almost 4 years ago for 12 lakhs. Now it's worth is 38 lakhs and that it without the benefit of construction of ring road yet. The whole society is covered with boundary wall. It is under Pakistan Airforce institution and is not owned by a one man company. it is a very safe investment.

Smell issue is just for the boundary lane plots otherwise the society is beautifully developed

DHA Rahbar phase 1 and 2 have two main issues... first due to Hudiarala Drain and second society depth is very less. so one side pollution by Hudiarala Drain and second side pollution by Defense road... DHA Rahbar Phases become sandwich between Drain and Road... so not recommend people this society......
