Hi i hav question if i buy Phase 9 5 marla prism plot for 25 lac ..who will pay development charges seller or buyer...or development charges should be subtracted from the amount of the plot which is 25lacs since original owner has not paid any charges ..kinda new so need info..thanks

The price is what you would like to pocket. So if you want to sell at 25 then that mean you will take 25 lacks back home and then seller will have to worry about the development charges. If you have already paid development charges then ofcource you wont sell it at 25 :) |

you will pay development charges. 25 lack + approximate 5.5 lack
total cost = 30.5 lack |

u will buy on cost of land if seller buyer agree do a bayana of few month so that transfer open and that time if seller submitted one installment u have to pay that if all than pay all . i think so |
