Is it wise to buy 5 Marla on locatiom Corner plot in DHA Rahbar II or 10 Marla file in Rahbar for same price??

If you can wait for some longer period, 10M for Phase-3 (expected location opposite to IEP Sec B) is much better than 5M w.r.t. gains %.
If want to have house in a year or 2, go for 5M in Phase-II.

I donot recommend DHA Rahber...Very close to Hadiara Drain and I have observed some smell issue |
