Any person than dont have confidence in himself and looking for salary only is not suitable as real estate dealer. |

Our preference is honesty hard work willing to learn and work as team.
My personal preference is new graduates that are intelligent but from needy family back grounds and unable to get good jobs just because they have no safarish.
Also I want to provide opportunity to recently retiree officers to learn real estate market. Found all officers have good networking with other officers. This is a job of who can develop better networking. Officers dont run to Dubai after collecting tokens money from many dealers :)
Any expat that comes back to Pakistan is welcomed to join. This job involves lot of trust. A person that spent years abroad can be fully trusted by LRE.
There are 100s of dealers that may wanna join but we want down to earth lets get work done type people for LRE team expansion. Most of our staff is with us for over 12 years. We give every one respect in our office as a brother so if wanna apply keep in mind we dont go against each other deals in LRE. We work as team.
