Phase 9/H Block,

As you mentioned in your article that ''H block is going to ignored by most people in market but Its my favorite. It is a hidden gem''.

Its has 7 parks. Village is half the size now of what you see on map. Youhanaabad will be gone before possession. H block will be main decent block closest to Lahore Ring road but not our side of Prism like J block. No nallah no factory near it.

I have plot in H block near to H-554, Can I hold it & get max. return after 6 years or I sell it and add some fund and buy good location plot in Phase 9.

Needs yours kind guidance & Advice.
