Dear CMY and Other knowledgeable fellows,
My plot is sadly red lined. I see that you are advising people to sell red lined plots and like many others I respect your advice want to act upon it. The problem, however is, and I'm sure many other are in the same boat as I am, that I don't have any additional funds to put in and buy a better location.
What do you suggest I should do?

If you want to build house...just build. There is no red or blue line if you want to build a home. These lines are for those who already have houses in DHA and they buy plots to multiply their money.....they keep multiplying till ....:) |

@Block B As ashamed as I am saying this, I am a little fish in the big pond (but I guess most people start with just 1 and then multiply). The plan was to invest and hold for 2-4 years but it seems luck has something else in the making for me. By the way my plot number is 1275 J which, in my opinion, is probably worst of the worst. Dear Zeeshan, There are really thousands of plots in Phase 9 on boundary, don't he dishearten. In my opinion the location of J Block is very good due to LRR. Don't be in hurry, only sell your plot if you get good price. |

Zeeshan , if you think you can buy something better after selling it then go for it. I am sure you wont find anything in this price with such good approach. I live in DHA EME and I see even village facing plots are worth in crores. It takes time to see the fruits of investments. Rome does not get built in a day . |
