khan g, don't be so depressed about ur plot. After all, it is in PRISM....minimum value should be 55+....don't sell if offer is less than 55, i suggest

Khan sb,
it is corner&block c is good block.it depends if passage for village goes through your street then it will be worst plot &if passage will not pass through this street then no problem ,a park&80 ft &150 ft road is near to your plot.
