Phase 5 Block M vs Phase 7Block W,

Dear LRE Team

I want to invest 11 Million PKR for next two years which options are good

1) Phase 5 block M
2) Phase 7 Block W

I guess I am short of funds for phase 7 block W. Secondly can anyone give input when phase 5 block-M possession is due ?
