I have few question for you regarding real estate.
I heard when you go to a dealer to buy a plot, the dealer and their partner get you a price and get token money from you and then what they do is buy the plot from some who is in dire need to sell. The dealer buy it and make almost 10 lakh profit.
Second when you go to sell a plot there is huge difference in price when you go to buy a plot.
I have read your many posts and you seem like a honest person. I am also in USA.
I purchased 2 plots in Pak. Both are files. and one is in Dha. I can hold them for some time.
the other one is in state life p 2 and nowadays I m getting daily calls from dealer to sell it asap because the prices will go down.
I know you are expert in real estate but nothing is 100%. I have budget of 5 million but I am done buying files. I wanna buy a real plot. |
