for information...
ROW written on the MAP means RIGHT OF WAY. It is not the Road Width. The road width will be less than that.
means if it is 150' written on MAP with ROW then the road width may be 60' or may be 80'..
just for information... ali1234 replied on Friday, May 29, 2015 03:45 PM

Zafr is right.ROW is total width between boundaries. Asphalt road is less than ROW. In general Asphlat width and side green belts width sum up as ROW.For example..150 ft ROW may be 80ft asphlat + 25 ft green shoulder + 25 ft green shoulder. |

ROW has nothing to do with width of road. Usually it is mentioned on maps where land is being acquired or under some process. ROW shows area excluded that will be primarily used for road construction . nothing else will be built on that |
