I think its just demand and supply phenomenon, alot of people don't have holding power so they have to sell, I'm not gonna sell my plots as. Know if I sell now I wont have buying power again.
As we all know prices of phase 5 and 6 are sky rocket, it will take time but pH 9 will have to go up as its not possible for phase 5 to have a 10 marla plot above crore and phase 9 below 40 , in time they have to even out.
The time price will go up depends on pace of development. |
