There are many factors before buying property, for living ? For investment ? or for Personal "Liking" Phase 7,8,9 have plus miuses and interesting to compare for example why DHA town is 50 lac and DHA phase 9 5 Merla is 23+7 is understandable, location is almost same one is ready other will be ready after 7 to 8 years. In case 7 and 8 Comparison the Location of Phase 8 is better but not ready and have disadvantage of bad town planning and low level of land as compared to main road. DHA 9 have good location but bad planning poor access points and will be ready after many years. I am holding in both in DHA 7 and 8 and had significant growth. Before buying in phase 9 I am asking 2 questions from myself one is am I ready to invest in place which will be developed in 8 to 9 years. 2nd question is, it possible in this 8 years course DHA phase 9 will be available at more attractive prices like in 2016 or 2017 as it happened in case of phase 7 and 8. Still I am confused on these 2 points. |
