1 - Phase 9 file in 56.5
2 - Good location plot between 60 and 65
3 - Excellent location plot between 70 and 80
4 - Bad location in 55
All excluding development charges.

Dear Block B,
Worst would be that I will get worst worst plot which is almost equal to price of file. But there is a chance that I may get a good plot.
I am also one of the sufferer like you who got bad plot in ballot, but my reply is based on what I understood. |
