I bought a Phase 9 file in my mother's name and got plot near M 721 which is not good but at least does not come in CMY's blue/red lined area (It is in the next line). I can hold it to avoid panic sale at this time. But how long I have to hold it to change my investment to some other options ?
Secondly, if I choose to get it 'Hiba' transferred in my name, how much total charges would be and do I have to pay full development charges at this time even in case of 'Hiba' transfer ?

The expenses are roughly around 80000 Rs for hiba transfer. You will have to pay full development charges if DHA makes it a rule . So far nothing is mentioned by DHA |

Block B DHA is transferring all Prism plots without any upfront payment of development charges. A buyer signed undertaking on stamp paper is needed that full amount of development charges will be paid in future by the buyers. Buyers have 3 years time to pay development charges in installments. LRE have several clients plots transfers scheduled for next week after checking this with DHA office. Choudry Mujahid Yasin |
