SL2 location is excellent even better than Phase 9. With good development work, long term price expectation should not be much different that of SL1 & Phase9 |

Look from google map and see how deep the pits are in whole SL2. Nothing is leveled . Development is very expensive and I don't think SL2 has enough funds to do that at the moment . |

is there a possibility that they will reduce the size of the project and buy back plots from owners and sell it on higher price ?come with answers please |

Deep pits are big issue. It is very expensive to fill them to level the plots.DHA has planned apartments in R block so that digged material could be used to fill a land near by. DHA has planned theme park at place which is pretty dep. All of this just because it is expensive to fill them . |

I heard that sl2 DC rates have been revised and increased now.. As DC rate increases that means its rate will definitely go positive now... I dont know when the development gona start in sL2 but one thing i am sure about is that its rate gona see some up lift after increase... Block EE BB and FF boundaries are attached with DHA 9 these blocks will see huge increase in rates... |

Correction: its rate gona see some uplift after ramzan |

SL2 rates will be increased after Ramzan all is bogus its rate same for next 5 years. |

XCV, Why would they stay stagnant for next 5 years? Any reason? Since 2012, SL2 5 marla has moved from 5-6 lacs range to 13-15 lacs range. Good location plots touched 17.5 last year at its peak. I would rather prefer steady rise in any housing society rather than boom and bust. |
