Is there any news regarding Eden Lands,Eden Garden Ext.,how much feasible to buy plot at 30% less rates in this project?

There are many rumors from different people but Eden management is still working on different projects but the pace is little bit slow as usual like other societies.
I have a 5 Marla plot in Eden Land 2 and want to sale to pay development charges to DHA for phase 9. |
