Dear experts, have a question, why is block A of NFC 2 considered as not good compared to other blocks whereas location wise, it is on the canal road on one end and on the Multan road on the other end, for me at least on the map, it looks like a pretty good location in terms of access. Will appreciate expert comments. thanks in advance.

Adnan 2 reasons one is it have 2 big Chuks of Private lands as both of then have face on Main JKanal Road so it looks they will never merge with NFC2 [ But Takfully it is not village]
2nd People are thinking that LLR 3 loop may pass from side of NFC 2 on A Block if that a case some Plots may be affected.
I Personally Like this Block as it near Exit and there are no village Issues and price is cheaper. But resale wise E Block and B Block is rated best. |

C block of nfc2 is also good located and for resale. |
