This is demand and supply @ demand is less than the supply hopefully will be settle down in few months then prices wl work stably. |

I doubt that any person will be buying a file when a plot is available in almost same price. The price of file should be far less. Even if a single file is available in market it would be really hard to sell it in this price. |

visitor you are hundred percent right. Either the file rate is wrong or plot prices that are being quoted is wrong. Both cannot be so close . |
