Dear CMY / Jameel

On a 4/5 year time horizon, how do you compare Phase 5 M block (at 105-110 lacs) or Phase 7 possession area plot any block of your choice (at lacs). In percentage terms which one wud give more return and where do you see each of them in 4/5 years

lets talk about return only in next 4/5 years time for now.

Difficult to answer this question my vote is for DHA 7 upper Cuttings, Like S and R Block As I think DHA 6 is The center of DHA now , However as you saw in last 5 years DHA 7 DHA 8 and DHA 6 grew at same pace with minor differences.
DHA Phase 5 M Block will be considered as a good Block of Phase 9 as B Block Upper Cutting is not far away from it. As long as in this cutting plots are there in 55 to 60+ development DHA phase 5 M Block will not pick.
If I am a buyer and want DHA phase 5 M Block and ready to hold 5 to 7 years then I will wait for Little More supply and will Buy upper Cutting of B Block.
Now DHA 9 is Out of File Phase you will not see much up and down Fluctuations any trend which is set will prevail for a while. Current news is only that in 15 days it shed 7 Lac after Ballot in Kanal and 4 to 5 lac in 5 Merla . The phase is so huge that any trend will continue for a while.

Imran bhai ph9 will gain a lotttt but only those will make money who have good location plots ... bad or worst locations to be switched. Ph9 is 100 times better than ph7 and ph8ivy green
