Dear CMY / Jameel sb

How do you compare Phase 7 good location vs phase 9 good location.

In my opinion phase 9 is 8 years away and i could take the ride of both sectors by entering phase 7 first for 3/4 years and than selling it to enter phase 9 good location plot later after 3/4 years.

i doubt that phase 9 will gain more than phase 7 in first 3/4 years. some people has said to quote dha admistrator that it will be fast track development. the truth is dha brig babar will be posted out in 2/3 years like all officers and what will remain behind is the DHA instituion which has a history and a track record of development a sector in 8 years and no less time.

Just trying to build an investment case here and exchanging ideas.

How about DHA Town 10 Marlas? I think it will give a quicker and better return than Phase 7. Especially if you buy say a 10M and a 8M in DHATown instead of a 1Kanal good plot in Phase 7. 80+65 = 145 Lakh

@ Muhammad Imran, I think it is worth trying and Low risk as compared to buying now in DHA 9
