I want to sell my Prism plot. Is there any possibility as overseas to sell it without coming to Pakistan, e.g. through authority letter via embassy? Thanks.

No, seller is Must buyer is Optional
But ask detail there is some procedure in embassy in which some first officer participates and Documents are sent to embassy where sellers signs and embassy officer attests and then embassy send Courier to Society office and based upon it transfer takes place, this is Lengthy and Cumbersome procedure and usually housing societies avoid it.
It is better that such a transaction be done via a Lawyer.
Taking into account cost of lawyer and less offer of such Plot [no one will offer market rate for such plots] it is not worthwhile procedure. |
