Plots for Sale,

Dear LRE Team,
Please evaluate following plots;
J925 (5Marla)
R1424 (5 Marla)
B245 (01 Kanal - corner)

I am planning to sell 5 marlas both plots. please let me know the best price.

I'm not an expert but i believe you should not sell your plots. My prediction after 5 years is as follows:
B-245 (Cornor & near 150ft road, Phase 5, Askari 11, DHA Town) atleast 200 lacs (It's one of the best plots in Prism)
J-925 facing park should be 75 Lacs
B-1424 near theme park should 75 Lacs

In current loot maar market, you may get below:
B-245 (70 Lacs)
J-925 (30 Lacs)
B-1424 (30 Lacs)

I can understand your feeling and wish to buy good 1K at that price but i am sure that will remain a wish only.
Before giving any assessment, look at the prices of DHA Town. Good 5 Marla is even more than 55 Lacs and 10 Marla is around 100 Lacs.
Do you think i sensible person person will sell you a good 1K @55 lacs.
Please think a little before comment.

Its not a matter of getting emotional. Its a matter of discouraging the dirty speculation currently going on in the market against Prism.
