Do you think "Next to Corner" plot is termed as good plot? Personally I do not see any difference if it is next to corner because either it is corner or not corner. Any expert opinion ?

the only advantage it might have is close to the street start/end which mean it can be closer to wider road like 100 feet or 150 feetthan other deeper middle of street plots... but again its conditional from case to case. many cases there is no such advantage. :) |
