I want to contruct 10 Marla marla 4 bed house (Double unit) in Pakistan. I will appreciate if the experts advise me the expected cost of construction. My budge is Pkr 75 lack (net), will I be able to complete the house from map approving till finish including everything i.e., elect, phone, gas etc

Dear Jaji, you are right but while sitting in Kuwait will not be easy to monitor every thing. I want to give contract on turnkey basis. want to know how many square feets will be in 10 marla double storey house and waht will be the cost of a squre feet etc |

Both cost and area depends where you are constructing your house, in dha or any other society. |

10 Marla double storey unit crosses 3,000 square feet. The per sq feet cost in A class finish may be estimated at Rs. 2,500 - 3,000. This is in turnkey basis.
Anybody who knows it more accurately may comment.
House construction is always a dilemma for overseas. |
