How much is development charges on 1 kanal plot of dha9 if the value is 70 lacs. Plus if i purchase through you how much i have 2 pay u guys COMMSION?

Dear Sir,
DHA Prism 9 Price Ranges from 55 Lacs to 70 Lacs depending on location without development charges. The amount of development charges around 19 to 20 Lacs will be payable in three years quarterly installment. We charge 1 % as commission.
