Can someone please give me the current value of the following three plots and which one is the best (and also why)...
1)-437 B
2)- 181 B
3)- 7 B
4)-which one should i sell as i wanna sell only one.
5)-which is the best plot to build a house on 5 to 10 years down the line?

DHA Prism 9 B 437 has market value of 62 lacs. Hold it
DHA Prism 9 B 181 has market value of 64 to 65 Lacs. Hold it. consider it for house construction.
DHA Prism 9 B 7 has market value of 57 to 58 Lacs. Sell it

Even B7 is not bad. It is facing commercial so at present it is evaluated low. In future these plots sell high as many business man owning commercial in front like to buy these plots. It is after all on 150 ft |
