Without going into details of timeline.....mere seeing the layout / location of prism blocks on map in comparison with available approaches (LRR is a distant possibility), proximity of Developed areas like DHA town, Askari 11 and linkage with phase 5.....i expect that following blocks of phase 9 are likely to be developed 1st

B block, to provide good access as otherwise only access will be Hadiara or Bedian Road via Dha town and both are bad .LRR access will take some years ... |
