Hi my question is it worth buying Phase 7 commerical plots for investment purpose right now ? can i get rates for 4 marla n 8 marla for long term investment ? u think they will increase after possession of resedential plots thanks

DHA Lahore Phase 7 commercial plots for investment purpose is not good as other DHA phases due to its location. If you have time then investment commercial phase 9 Z1&Z2.
After three to five years, Phase 9 Z1& Z2 prices are more than phase 6 MB, phase 3 Y block and Phase 5 CCA Phase 8 CC1 & CC2. Phase 9 commercial are most hot next due to location. |
